Required Documentation
Please see below a list of documents that you can bring on the day in order to complete your child’s enrolment application.
Proof of Residence
Proof of residence for the primary caregiver.
Immunization Certificate
For the future SPARK scholar (Name of child must be clearly visible on the copy that you send to us).
Current Report Card
For the future SPARK scholar. Transfer card needs to be submitted when your child starts at SPARK Schools.
Proof of Income
Either the account payer’s most recent payslip OR 3 month’s bank statements.
Unabridged Birth Certificate
This can be applied for from the Department of Home Affairs, which is open on Saturday mornings, for the future SPARK scholar (OR Abridged birth certificate as well as a copy of the receipt for your unabridged birth certificate can be sent if you are still waiting for one).
Identity Document
A certified copy of the primary caregiver’s identity document.
Parent Contract
A signed copy of the parent enrolment contract including primary caregiver’s initials on every page of the contract as well as student, parent and payee details.
Proof of Payment
Please use the child’s name and surname as your reference when making the deposit. Failure to use the correct reference (Child’s First Name and Surname) may lead to the proof of payment not being assigned to the correct account for enrolment.
2019 Primary School – Total R2760 Registration fee (R450) and the first month’s fee (R2310). Both fees must be paid for your child’s space to be considered for the 2019 school year. First month’s fee will be reimbursed if there is no space for your child once we process your application.
2019 High School – Total R3450 Registration fee (R450) and the first month’s fee (R3000). Both fees must be paid for your child’s space to be considered for the 2019 school year. First month’s fee will be reimbursed if there is no space for your child once we process your application.
The first month’s school fees are non-refundable if you choose to unenrol your child ahead of the 1st term in January 2019. You will only be eligible for a refund in the event that there is no space in the grade and school you have applied for, after the conclusion of the application process.
