Required Enrolment Documentation

All the following documents must be scanned (and attached to the application form) or emailed to registrar@sparkschools.co.za.

 

Unabridged birth certificate

This can be applied for from the Department of Home Affairs, which is open on Saturday mornings, for the future SPARK scholar (OR Abridged birth certificate as well as a copy of the receipt for your unabridged birth certificate can be sent if you are still waiting for one).

Vaccination / Immunization certificate

For the future SPARK scholar (Name of child must be clearly visible on the copy that you send to us).

A current report card

For the future SPARK scholar. Transfer card needs to be submittied when your child starts at SPARK Schools..

Proof of Residence

Proof of residence for the primary caregiver.

Parent Enrolment Contract

A signed copy of the parent enrolment contract including primary caregiver’s initials on every page of the contract as well as student, parent and payee details.

Proof of payment

Please use the child’s name and surname as your reference when making the deposit.

2017 – Total R2215 Registration fee (R305) and the first month’s fee (R1910). Both fees must be paid for your child’s space to be considered for the 2017 school year. First month’s fee will be reimbursed if there is no space for your child once we process your application.

2018 – Total R2500 Registration fee (R400) and the first month’s fee (R2100). Both fees must be paid for your child’s space to be considered for the 2018 school year. First month’s fee will be reimbursed if there is no space for your child once we process your application.

As of the 1st November 2017, the first month’s fee (R2100) will not be refunded if you choose to  unerol your child before they start in January 2018, due to contractual obligations. If there happens to not be space in your required grade, then we will reimburse the R2100.
